Interactive Design

Good interactive design is instrumental in helping the user to find their way through an interaction and successfully complete tasks. I work with clients to craft compelling experiences for websites, web applications, software UI, and Flash demos.

In creating interactive experiences, I am a constant advocate for the end user. Using the the principles and process of user experience design, I help clients identify and understand their audience, develop features that serve that audience and translate their strategic objectives into a functional interactive design.

User experience design involves deliverables such as: user research, user interviews, development of personas, scenarios, feature research, site architecture, wireframes, hi-fidelity screen layouts and detailed design specifications, from which developers can implement the final product.
